Job Description

Profit Centre Head responsible for sales, operations, admin and claims.
Sourcing business through team of sales managers and channel partners.
Responsible for the profitability of the branch, claim ratio and maintain the right product mix.
Formulating sales strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organisational business objectives.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
Capacity, manpower and distribution planning.
Customer Relationship Management.
Mentor and motivate team of Sales Managers.
Training of team members.
