Job Description
We have an opening forArchitect / Designer @ Chennai.Salary: Best in the Industry (Based on your previous Salary)
Qualification: B.Arch
Experience: Min 4 yrs to 10 yrs
Permanent Position
Work Location: Chennai.
Skills:
knowledge on building products and construction details.
drawing skills and familiarity with any of the design softwares like (Autocad, SketchUp, Vray or similar, 3DS MAX,Adobe Photoshop).
RESPONSIBILITIES
To create, evaluate, and manipulate designs to meet the needs of our clientele.
Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, or restorations.
Preparing GFC blueprint drawings along with 3D models.
Partnering across disciplines within the company and with outsourced consultants to ensure design concepts are fully coordinated with architecture and engineering disciplines.
Site visits to check and ensure the design is executed in adherence to the drawings.
Resolving issues that come up during construction.
