Job Description
- Responsible for fleet operations in the district.
- Responsible for uptime of the ambulance.
- Responsible for the optimal performance of the ambulances.
- Enhancing the appreciation of the vehicle.
- Responsible for generating and implementing monthly calendar for ambulance visits and audits in consultation with District Manager.
- Responsible for the fuel utilization.
- Responsible for the scheduled servicing as recommended by the vehicle manufacturers.
- Responsible for the prompt processing of the insurance claims.
- Responsible for handling accident and break down resumption.
- Responsible for identifying and enhancing business relations with local vendors (Spare part dealers, workshops, Tyres & batteries supplying agencies, fuel filling stations and agencies)
- Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager promptly.
- Disseminating the information, processes and policies to the filed staff (Pilot).
- Inventory management at district and ambulance level.
- Responsible for record maintenance and report generation.
- Trend analysis of key vehicle attributes (Fuel efficiency, cost of maintenance, tyre utilization, break downs and accidents).
- Responsible for coordinating and executing regular training modules for Pilots (Educating and enhancing skill levels of Pilots).
- Supporting HR team in recruitment activities.
- Responsible for Statutory compliances of vehicle documents.
- To cooperate with visitors and audit teams.
- Maintenance of Imprest amount handled by the Pilot.
- Prompt submission of bills related to Fleet operations.
- Timely data updation of all Fleet related documents.
- To extend support to District team for organizing social events (Vehicle launching, awareness campaigns, Beneficiary meet etc).
- Responsible for Medical equipment in the ambulance.
- Responsible for warranty claims with vendors.
