GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Process design engineering expertise in Industrial Gas and Chemical processes Industries/ projects.

Experience in detailed Engineering of Industrial Gas processing plants in skid packages (preferably CO2 Generation/ recovery plant, N2O plant, Carbon Capture, Liquid Carbon Dioxide, Dry Ice & Bio Gas Enrichment Plant).

Project Engineering coordination & management for EPC & Turn Key Chemical processing Projects.

Expert in conceptual design through to detail design, HAZOP, implementation and commissioning.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of pre-qualification for submissions of tenders, evaluate technical specifications of RFQs and comply with the Technical requirements of Client.

Preparing Process Engineering Design Basis for process plant & equipment's as per Project Scope.

Coordination with Engineering team towards detailed engineering as per Projects Scope and review of Clients document e.g. PFD,P&IDs, Design Data/sht., GADs, 3D Model review, HAZOP study, Process engineering documents.

Guiding for preparation of Process design Engineering calculation, preparing & review of PFDs & P&IDs, preparing calculations of Process Line & Process Equipment, Bill of Material etc.

Coordination with Project Department related to Engineering requirements for the Project deliverable & engineering progress reports.

Preparing the Cost & estimation of Plants and Equipment for new proposals for Process equipment & process related quality procedures & documents.

Conversant with International Codes and Quality standards like ISO, QMS, API, ASME, ASTM, TEMA, Chemical Design standards & their utilization & impact on costs of equipment for process plant.

Assisting the Procurement team for preparation of BID, evaluation/deviation, selection of Valves & equipment's & for preparing PO for Mechanical equipment and Electrical/Instrument items in coordination with Project departments.

Mentoring, coaching and Training of subordinates.

B.Tech , Chemical Engineering.

15+ Years of experience

Working knowledge of software's like-

3D, CHEMCAD, HYSIS,PIPESIM,HTRI,PDMS,MICROSOFT,WORD/EXCEL,POWERPOINT
