Job Description

Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors
Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis
Driving various competitions and club memberships

Required Candidate profile

Min. 4 yrs of Experience
Education: At least Graduate / MBA Preferred
Previous Experience in Sales from Banking; Insurance; FMCG, and Pharma preferred.
