Job Description

Pharmaceutical companies can obtain dramatic improvement from their sales forces when their first line managers(FLM) improve their own effectiveness. The role of the FLM is critical because although the company determines the direction of the organization, the FLMs assess the implementation of the strategy.candidate must be graduate with minimum two to three years of experience in working as first line manager in h.q. like burdwan or kolkata city can apply age not more than 35 years the candidate has to handle a team of five medical reps apply with your current cv cardio or general product selling back ground preferred.
