Quality Assurance Analyst - - SingleOps - 1

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the QA analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of testing SingleOps products. You will work collaboratively within the development and product management teams to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements. Your primary focus will be manual testing but there will be an opportunity to build experience with automated testing as well. Essentially, you are someone who is excited to learn and shape a growing team.

We re located in Atlanta, GA, but we re open to remote candidates.

You will:

• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports
• Perform testing on multiple products
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
• Build and perform manual regression tests to validate releases
• Give feedback on UI / UX pain points to development

Does this sound like you?

• 1-3 years of experience software testing experience ideally for a SaaS solution
• Experience creating test plans, user stories, test cases, etc.
• Knowledgeable of various bug tracking tools
• Have worked in an Agile environment
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment where you wear many hats and are empowered to set your own landscape (pun definitely intended :-)).
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (we do not sponsor at this time)

A few ways to stand out..

• Selenium, Capybara or similar testing framework
• Knowledgeable of test automation
• Experience with simple Javascript and / or SQL
