Job Description

Own and deliver scan insertion.Validate equivalence checks and Debug/resolve any DRC issues, Identify solutions and work with front-end team to ensure DFT DRCs are fixed. Analyzing and meeting ATPG coverage goals.Own and deliver MBIST insertion, validate Memory tests. Owns STA constraints and work with STA team to resolve timing violations.Mandatory Skills: Knowledge in MBIST Operations. Expertise in handling Mentor ATPG tools, Synopsys Synthesis SMS tool sets

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.4 years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
