Should be a Tech Savvy
Should be flexible to work with 247 shift
Should have a good trouble shooting Knowledge.

Job Description -Technical Support:
Troubleshooting of dell laptops.
Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting..
Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
Candidates with High Speed Broadband connection and system will be added advantage.
Note: Any candidate applying for this position would work from home during the Lockdown period but after the lockdown period need to be okay to resume work from office.
