Job Description

We are looking for Design Architect for Delhi location.

Responsibilities :

1.Design :-

Layout Planning
Materials & Sampling
3 D Views
Interior Look Presentation.

2.Project Architects KRA :-

Measured Drawing and Site Report W.R.T. to measured Drawings, Technical info etc
All Working Drawings for Current projects
Technical & Services Drawings and solutions
Co-ordination with Consultants, Design Team, Site Team a Vendors
Checking & issuing of drawings on site
Site visits

' 3. Client Co-Ordination :-

Communication and co-ordinating with the client for approvals
Site Progress Reports

4. Bill of Quantities Checking :-

Vendor & Client BOQs for Bids and
current projects
As Built BOQs for Client and Vendors
Final Measurement Sheets from Site.

5. Handover Documents :-

Complete Set of As Built Drawings
Interior Snag Lists
Handling over as Built Drawing to client and Closing Project

Required Candidate profile

Minimum experience in corporate Interiors of 5 years
Good co-ordination and communication skills
Well versed in English, spoken and written
Sound knowledge in working drawings & technical services for office Interiors
In-depth knowledge BOQs for office Interior Projects
Complete understanding of site & execution
Intelligent and be able to resolve technical issues
Client & vendor handling skills
Required candidates who is efficient, honest and hardworking
