Support clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions.
Offer best practice tips to clients to boost their meeting attendance.
Gather client requirements for future releases.
Create and maintain all product documentation.
Required Candidate profile
Bachelors degree in any discipline with min 1-year call center experience.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
FIxed Shift timings & Sat-Sun week offs.
Salary Upto 6 Lacs/p.a.
Both Side AC Cabs.
5 Days working & Free Meals.
