Job Description : The Business Development Representative is responsible for new business generation. Main Responsibilities : Demand generation through outbound marketing activities. Prospect Identification , Nurturing & Closure. Lead Management. Independent Sales Target. New Business Acquisition only (No Account Management). Penetrate target accounts and uncover new companies / stakeholders. Qualification : Graduate / MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum 0 - 3 years in Business development and lead generation.
Required Knowledge , Skills and abilities : Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent listening skills. Strong written communication skills. Self - motivated , with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. High level of integrity and work ethic.
