Product Owner - Pune - Docplexus Online

As Product-Owner you will be responsible for the innovative and successful (further) development of our web-based content marketing products for our physicians and pharmaceutical customers. That means concretely:

• You will inspire our doctors with our web campaigns and set the bar for innovative content products at the very top.
• Based on the product vision, you will create your product roadmap and work with the design and development team to create products with the highest customer value. The latest technologies and an experienced development team are on your side.
• You will lead your stakeholders and your development team through a clear and sustainable product vision.
• You will securely and reliably as a competent main contact person in the daily collaboration with your Web Development/Scrum team.
• You will prioritize the requirements of your direct and indirect stakeholders in product development using clear customer value KPIs, with the help of agile methods, and derive your roadmap.
• You will validate innovative ideas efficiently with the help of the lean development approach and professional support through user research.
• You will present product innovations and progress at events to our customer.

• Well-founded experience with agile development methods such as Scrum, KanBan, etc.
• A very independent, structured, careful and binding way of working
• Ability to use the latest methods (Lean-Validation, MVP approach, Lean-Startup, etc.) within product development.
• Good communication skills.
• High willingness to change and are interested in working in an agile environment in cross-functional teams.
