Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition Executive :- Roles and responsibilities :- - Experience or Knowledge may include recruiting for Software, QA or any technology.
- Prior experience in technology staffing or consulting is desired.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
- Team player (we work close with each other to help get the work covered)
- Independent and motivated without much supervision
- Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented.
- Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
- Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology).
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Should come up with innovative and smart ways of doing work, without compromising on quality
- Actively responsible for the up-skilled training of the reporting team members 2. Business Development Executive :- Roles and responsibilities :- - Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Identifying new sales leads
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
