Chief Executive Officer - CEO - Mumbai - Kaar @ Kaar Quest

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the GB to determine the short and long-term goals of the organization
• Fundraising and generating revenues adequate for supporting the organisation's mission in terms of initiatives & projects and develop strong bonds with existing and new donors.
• Ensure compliance with all the Laws and Regulations applicable to the organisation, including but not restricted to Taxation, Labour, HR, Manufacture, Distribution and sale of Foods, etc. and ensure all statutory payments, filings and submission of returns, as per the applicable statutes.
• Keep the GB fully informed of the working of all the Departments, (Nursing, Teacher's Training, Garments& Food Production) and the training of its personnel.
• Plan and implement high-quality and cost-effective programs, by which underprivileged women are helped to achieve their goals, including organizing workshops to improve their skills and knowledge base.
• Develop Domestic and Export Markets for Products
• Ensure smooth functioning of the Organization at all locations, in terms of program quality and organizational sustainability. Regular visits to all the Centres will be required
• Oversee the Finance function including budgeting, reporting and auditing, while ensuring high standards of fiscal integrity and compliance with all financial & legal regulations. In addition, provide the GB with a Monthly MIS Report on Performance and ensure that Operations reflect a positive financial position and create the maximum social impact.
• Establish workable relationships with the GB, Committees, Volunteers, Staff,Charity Commissioner's Office, Donors and clients. Develop constructive relationships with colleagues, outside agencies, organizations and supporters, who can assist the organisation in attaining its goals.
