Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for rendering service to the clients Voice process
- Handling Credit Card,
- Responsible for end to end customer service for clients.
- Cross sell financial products to customers.
- Inform customers about new products or products enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customers account.
- Accountable for giving customer service duties linked with customer contacts/inquires
- Accountable for logging cases handle customers' needs to the system
- Escalate to appropriate departments in time and follow up the case until it is closed
- Stick to our Client's defined quality norms
- Maintain on-going client relationships
- Strong customer service skills to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Good pronunciation and has a neutral accent, love the customer service industry
