Responsibilities include:

Identify technical inefficiencies where duplicate or manual processes exist
Provide platinum-level support for software applications, tool customizations, Windows/Unix/Linux support, development, and testing of tools and workflows
Execute projects, enhancements, and support in an on-premise and on-cloud solutions as well as plan, migrate, and move to a cloud-first environment where applicable
