2.Persistent in work the more persistent the more successful you will be at work. 3.Permission to speak after the introduction process, must ask the person whether they are willing to spare some of their time to talk to us. 4.Set up an appointment if the person is busy, and then ask for the right time to call him. 5.Preparation of questions to gather maximum information from the person, you must prepare a list of questions in priority order. 6.Control talking speed should speak very fast because the customer cannot fully understand. 7.Closing the call should finish the call with a thanking note for sparing time. Telecaller roles and responsibilities include providing service to their customers or solve their queries either by making a call or attending one. Telecaller job profile should have an energetic & outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
