Job Description

Will handle all the positions from Entry Level to Middle Level to senior positions for BPO requirements.
Team Handling experience
Screening prospective candidates through Telephonic Interviews.
Taking interviews of candidates, face to face..
Must have client handling exposure
Should have good exposure in networking with NGO s and free sources
Sourcing quality profiles from various job portals like naukri , monster and times.
Ability to handle footfall on regular basis.
Handling front line BPO hiring for various process (Outbound & Inbound) .
Coordinating with training & operation hiring SPOC for further rounds
To maintain good number of Walk-in on consistent basis through team..
