Required Candidate profile

• Candidate with a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in handling the typesetting production of Journals. (Journals experience is MUST)
• Desired candidate should have thorough knowledge of Journals workflow.
• Good experience in complete project management of Journals including author liaison and production tracking.
• Should have interacted with the customers directly on a day-to-day basis.
• Should be well versed in project management and handling multiple projects.
• Should coordinate with the department heads in analyzing the customer feedback and come up with corrective and preventive actions.
• Should have handled large teams with excellent team handling skills.
