- Ability to analyze, develop, and validate detailed functional specifications, workflows, processes and procedures
- Ability to evaluate and select solutions within the parameters of IT infrastructures, compliance, and technical requirements
- Ability to create and maintain Interface specifications and technical design documentation
- Ability to analyze and determine required mapping between upstream and downstream systems
- Ability to assess impact changes will have on existing environment
- Ability to conduct analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Ability to interact with Development, QA/Testing, and Stakeholders
- Ability to support testing and validation
- Create User/Dev Stories
- Define acceptance criteria (exception for our area)
- Help the team decide when a solution will or won't meet acceptance criteria
