Nash Industries (I) Pvt. Ltd. is a 50 Million USD Indian company established in 1971 headquartered at Bangalore, INDIA. Nash has 6 major manufacturing locations in Bangalore, INDIA

Facilities include stamping, lazer cutting, CNC turret punching, CNC bending, Welding, powder coating, shot blasting, phosphating, liquid painting, ultrasonic cleaning, brazing, pipe/tube bending, assemblies & sub-assemblies.

Position: Manager-NPD

Job location: Bangalore (Peenya)

Strong exposure in Turret or Bending process is a must

Customer Interaction

Design Knowledge

Project development

Execution of various projects.

Knowledge of soft tooling

Practical analysis of new product development, its manufacture, reviews of drawings, approval of drawings from the customer.

Incorporation of necessary revisions in the drawings getting approval from QA.

Productionise the updates, Work instructions, control plan, process flow diagrams reading of drawings, etc.

Preparation of Development drawings for mechanical parts.

3D drawings with layer approach, LISP programming and so on as per requirement from time to time.

Knowledge of CNC Punch Press programming, nesting and working preferred. (Soft tooling knowledge will be an added advantage)
