 Product Support Engineer (Night Shift)

Job Description

Role: The candidate will be addressing customer requests and helping the team on a day to day activities. In addition, the candidate will be making sure all prerequisite checkpoints before product go live and subsequent request on customer-specific reports.

Responsibility:

  • Onboarding client in product
  • Workflow creation in product
  • Product training to client
  • Troubleshoot client issues.
  • Install the required tools and software at the customer end.
  • Monitor the production environment.
  • Write a sql query and fetch required information from database.
  • Generate the report as per the client requirement.
  • Configure the product features, users and user's access as per client requirement.
  • Proactively coordinate with the product team to implement temporary resolutions and error fixes in the product.
  • Record accurately all details of issue resolution process, root cause.
  • Communicate the root cause, work around and issue resolution process to all the relevant teams.
  • Update Knowledge Bank with details of all root causes and workarounds for issues.
Requirements:

  • Ability to understand product workflow and configuration
  • Knowledge of SQL and able to write a sql query.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Knowledge of linux operating system
