Job Description

Create and modify technical documentation for a variety of technical products, as part of a team Research, interact with SME and gather information with assistance.
Update content with validation from SMEs Perform self-reviews
Work with the doc team, and in collaboration with a globally distributed development team Contribute to the development and maintenance of professional documentation, templates and style guides as per standards
Format and structure technical documents like software product descriptions, release notes, and design documents
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, powerpoint, javascript, HTML and CSS.
Multi-media skills such as web design and video production will be an added advantage.
