- Identify market opportunities, define product vision & strategy and decides how to mobilize the resources necessary to produce new and improved product
- Understand customer needs, gather product requirements and prioritizes features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives
- Manage the entire product life cycle and propose changes as a result of competitive changes in the marketplace, come up with newer features and services
- Engage closely with the development team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as their schedules
- Assist other members of the team to ensure all work is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate new development features with marketing and works immediately on customer feedback from the support team.
