Tech Mahindra is hiring for Premium Voice Process in this Lockdown period temporary Virtually.

(Remote Interviews/Telephonic Interviews/Skype call Rounds)

Designation: Associate Customer Support

Language Known :- Gujarati or Marathi (Must Required any from this two)

Qualification Required:Any Under Graduate or Graduate

Experience Required: Fresher and Experience both can apply
Skills Required: Excellent Verbal Communication skills + Basic Computer knowledge

Working Days: 6 days

Shifts: 24*7 (rotational shifts)

Job Location: Vadodara

Salary Offered: Best as per industry

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Answering premium customer queries via Voice
2) Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

3) Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
