Database server availability.
Database maintenance activity check.
Vendor management, coordinating with vendor to fix any bug or code level issues in the tool.
License management.
Monitoring template customization.
Report customization on requirement.
Dashboard customization as per customer requirement.
Customized application monitoring using customized script.
Backup/restore of server and application.
HA/DR setup implementation.
Managing the network configuration backup.
Network bandwidth analysis and suggestions to customer using Sevone
Network task automation based on requirement.
Alert customization based on requirement.
Alert optimization.
