Job Description

Should be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs
Contact customers, requiring effective written and verbal communication and the ability to build customer rapport while managing their expectations
Respond to and take action on all sales leads generated and is key in training customers in product features.
Implement and follow the company's strategies, values, and decisions within the territory
Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales
Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits to active and potential customers
Provide customers with technical expertise
Drive activities (e.g. marketing, promotion, etc) towards the customers
Provide customer feedback and information to the company that contributes to the development of the company (e.g. business opportunities, legislation, competition, product development)
Sales and profitability development for customers within the territory

Required Candidate profile

Requirements:

Proven experienceas a sales executive or relevant role

Knowledge of MS Office

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Should be very fluent inEnglish, Kannada(Written and Spoken)

Two-wheeler is mandatory, and flexible to travel within the region.

6 days working, rotational week off
