Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Administrator with a strong background in Linux administration and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience, AWS certification, and a proven track record of working with AWS partner companies.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and manage Linux and Windows servers on AWS, including EC2, EBS, ELB, ALB, SSL, Security Groups, IAM Roles, and Policies.
- Demonstrate core skills in all Linux platforms and set up web servers such as Apache and Tomcat.
- Build and maintain AWS serverless multi-tier architectures.
- Manage VPCs, subnets, ACLs, AWS native firewalls, WAF, and routing tables.
- Create and manage S3 buckets for application and database logs with appropriate retention policies.
- Automate infrastructure management using Terraform.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Implement and manage version control systems using Git or Bitbucket.
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize AWS Security Hub and Inspector for cloud security posture management.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Ensure security and OS patches are applied to all cloud services.
- Maintain cost optimization and utilize AWS Trusted Advisor.
- Monitor performance and ensure all cloud services meet SLA requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in AWS administration and Linux administration.
- AWS certification (Solution Architect Associate or higher) is mandatory.
- Proven experience working with AWS partner companies.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management and automation tools.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
