Job Description
We are looking for Technical Support Executives who has supported in INFORMATION SECURITY/ Cyber Security Networking / Desktop Support / Application Support Android apps .
JD of Role
1) Managing all technical queries wrt the performance of the app 2. Deploy & upgrade the app
3. Test the app before hitting the G store
4. Identify & report bugs and work with egg to fix them
5. Manage all dashboard enquirers
6. Maintain log of each escalation & resolution
7. Build repository of all feature (new & old) of the app
8. Make app trg videos & share with trainer/agents
9. Ensure dashboard update both for customer & agent

1) ) Agent Satisfaction index
2) Customer satisfaction index
3) Meeting SLA requirements
1.Tech Support Executives - Voice & Non Voice
2. IT Compliance Executive
3. Cyber Security specialist.
PREFERENCE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY : 2.5 L PA - 4 L PA
