Job Summary
Inside sales - Lead generation (International) role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead*generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. There will be opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure.
Responsibilities and Duties
Working closely with the Marketing / Sales Manager to understand marketing processes and generate leads through online and by cold calls
Understanding company's products and offerings to integrate to various marketing strategies.
Participating actively in LinkedIn and web research activities to create target lead profiles to market.
Building up lead database in the company's Pipe Drive and updating them as per the most recent communication and updates.
Maintain regular follow-ups to get meetings for sales team
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for fixing meeting with potential clients
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
Handing over the qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong lead generation skills with 0.6 years to 3 years of experience;
Freshers will be considered upon excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
Experience in market research to source databases for target segments.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have cold calling and lead generation experience inInternational Market.
Should be able to research companies and come out with a value proposition for each prospect.
Experience of working in aB2B/ IT Product Based/ SaaS-based environment is preferred.
Demonstrated & verifiable track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation quota in previous organizations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted at"C" levels executives.
Skilled incold calling, answering customer queries, gathering information and creating positive impressions about company's product.
Gathering knowledge about product in the process for understanding customer's requirements.
Experience in Middle East/ North Africa/ South Africa are preferred.
Working Hours -
10 A.M to 7 P.M (Middle East)
11 AM to 8 PM (South Africa) and
12 noon to 10 PM Rest of Africa.
Female Candidates 9 AM to 6 PM
