5. Preparing CMA Data liaison with banks for interest reduction and renewals or get alternate instruments/sanctions from financial institutions as required by the business

6. Identifying and preparing the Company for changes arising out any changes in Law or Accounting Practices. Monitoring government regulations to find better source of finance

7. Liaison with Law firms and draft agreementsto insure the tomorrow In a most efficient manner

8. Prepare new business plan for Investor Pitch & Taking care of investor reporting, investor relation and compliance

9. Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analytics to facilitate business decision-making.

10. Automate processes towards paperless office

11. Articulating SOP Manuals to Ensure the compliance of various statutes, and developing robust internal control processes in coordination with operations team
