The role of the Large Partner Solutions (LPS) team within Online Partnerships Group (OPG) is to build relationships with large and strategic partners across different verticals. The team s primary responsibilities include driving growth in the monetization business and wherever relevant for the partner for all things related to Google. As a Head of the Large Partner Solutions team in India, you will be responsible for business operations, team leadership, strategy development and partner relationships for strategic publishers in the region.

You will demonstrate your skills as a motivational business leader with general management experience, analytical ability and talent for people management.

Google s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob and Google Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google s own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google s user experiences in search, maps, travel, shopping, payments and more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high performing team managing partners in India with the goal to grow the digital monetization business.
  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy on large strategic accounts, including solution selling and developing comprehensive plans for the partners within their portfolio, including growth opportunities identification, action planning, and business growth forecast.
  • Be the primary point of escalation for partners. Create relationships with partners at all levels in the partner organization (including C-Level, senior executives, decision makers, direct and indirect sales teams).
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the partnership solution suite and its advantages by actively monitoring the landscape and providing feedback to product development teams.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience across sales, digital marketing, consulting or media.
  • 3 years of experience managing sales teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Effective analytical aptitude and experience.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership.
