Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1.Defining KPI/SLA and targets within Cargo/Dangerous cargo process and reviewing performance
2.Continuously benchmark with best practices in the industry
3.Drive continuous improvements in processes to deliver a stable and meaningful business processes supporting business agenda
4.Define and facilitate IT business requirements and related changes that support process solutions
5.Responsible for collaborating proactively with stakeholders eliminating, simplifying, automation and/or off-shoring of the Cargo/Dangerous cargo process
6.Providing support to other teams on process related queries.
7.Define and articulate contingency plans for the Dangerous cargo processes.
