Job Description
- As a Consultant at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team by assisting in discovering and defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, and making recommendations. Your responsibilities will include eliciting requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing process artifacts such as process flow diagrams. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the evolving global landscape. Key Responsibilities: - 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst techno-functional Consultant in Banking domain areas like Core Banking, Capital Markets, Risk Compliance - Proficiency in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance - Ownership of translating requirements into technical solutions and documenting them in Functional Specification Designs - Utilization of tools to draw Process flow diagrams for technical team reference - Providing business partner application support by collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues - Liaising with project and program managers to review timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies - Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile Lean methodologies - Strong problem-solving abilities, self-starter, and effective team player - Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines - Effective communication skills to influence decisions and achieve results - Documentation for Business as usual reference across different support levels (L1, L2, L3) - Proficient in support model execution with excellent triage and problem-solving skills Qualifications Required: - Experience in Banking domain, particularly in Core Banking, Capital Markets, Risk Compliance - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies - Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
