Job Description
- Planning production schedules
- Following process as per BMR with no modifications
- Closely working with R&D and QC departments to optimise /re-evaluate processes
- Delivering according to the Sales Schedule
- Making all stakeholders in the Production Department to write the BMR on time
- Has to attend and make his staff to attend ,implement trainings.
- Should give cross functional and safety training
- Should ensure safety on the plant.
- Should not deviate from the yields ,Quality, GMP practises.
- Should maintain harmony with other functions
- Should maintain GMP compliant plant
Required Candidate profile
- Should have a wide experience on product range of Intermediates of bulk drug pharma
- Should have a good equipment knowledge to effectively utilise the equipment and coordinate with maintenance to address at the time of breakdown.
- Should have performed a wide range of reactions like gridnard,chlotination,nitric acid, cynation ,hot oil,high pressure, endothermic reactions
- Should be able to guide,train and assign work to his subordinates .He should be able to bringout the best of his staff.
- Candidate is expected to abide BMR
- Should Know GMP compliance
- Team spirited in nature
- Constructive in approach
