    Job Title: Area Sales Manager Pan India
    Department: Sales
    Location: Any Site of India
    Reports To: Director / CEO
    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales manager to lead and expand our
    Pan India sales operations in the bearing industry. The ideal candidate should have in-
    depth industry knowledge, strong relationships with OEMs and distributor networks, and a
    proven track record of driving sales growth and market penetration across India.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Sales Strategy && Planning:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across India,
    aligned with company goals.
    Pan India Sales Operations:
    Manage and monitor regional sales teams, set KPIs, and ensure optimal market coverage and
    customer engagement nationwide.
    OEM && Distributor Development:
    Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key OEM clients and authorized
    distributors to drive long-term business.
    Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across regions. Regularly review performance and
    implement training && development plans.
    Market Intelligence:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new
    business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
    Channel Management:
    Streamline and expand the distribution network while resolving any conflicts or challenges in
    the channel.
    Business Development:
    Identify and tap into new segments, applications, or markets for bearings; especially in auto,
    industrial, agricultural, or heavy machinery sectors.
    Reporting && Forecasting:
    Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management for strategic
    decision-making.

    Qualifications && Skills:
    Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferred; MBA in
    Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
    10+ years of relevant experience in the bearing industry, specifically in sales to
    OEMs and managing distributors.
    Strong Pan India exposure with hands-on experience in B2B industrial sales.
    Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    Willingness to travel extensively across India as required
    Soft Skills:
    Strong leadership and people management abilities.
    Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    Effective communication and decision-making skills.
    Candidates currently or previously employed with leading bearing manufacturers or
    distributors.
    Individuals with strong OEM client relationships in sectors like automotive,
    engineering, machinery, etc

    Salary: As per industry best package.
