Job Description
We are looking for Business Development Manager - Airline Cargo for Gurgaon location.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating cargo sales from areas like China, South & Latin American Destinations.
- Selecting the general sales agent of the region to enhance revenue for profitable Airline Operations.
- Streamlining cargo billing and collection process by introducing control procedures and reconciliation template like the agent credit limit set up.
- Ensuring proper controlling, issuance, and updating of stock manually in the N-Cargo system.
- Assisting in the compilation of various business & audit reports, Flight reports, daily upliftment report, airway bill wise upliftment report, Business lost report and mishandling.
- Analyzing all cargo agents' performance and updating account managers in order to help them in keeping track about their potential customers.
- Strengthening the brand of the airlines in the region by establishing standard practices to ensure the integrity of service and driving initiatives to enhance the market share.
- Overseeing on BWFS-Team for all ramp and aircraft activities and supervising cargo loading in the aircraft as per the given Load Plan.
- Dealing with all system work in Ncargo like manifestation, Flight Closing, Telex and sending mails to communicate with other overseas station to sort out cargo related discrepancies.
- Sorting out EGM clashes with the other airlines or with the customs and handling transit bonded cargo connecting to the other airlines to reach its final destination.
- Proper and regular follow-ups with IATA-Agents for CSR-Payments.
- Coordination with Principal carrier and handling agent for smooth handling.
