Job Description
Project Control and Information Systems Senior Manager with 10-15 years of experience (BE - EEE, ECE, MPIE, Masters degree will be an added advantage)
Knowledge about CNB card, ASB Modules, ACN Card, ALLEC module, E-Net cards, Device Net Cards Data High way Card, DH+ RIO Card, ESRS Modules.
Knowledge in Control Logix, PLC 5 programming and RIO, Flex IO configurations and mapping.
Knowledge about C-Net scheduling (Downloading & Uploading), scheduled and unscheduled messages.
Deep Understanding about NUT, NUI, API, RPI in the Control Logix and PLC 5.
Knowledge about Block Transfer (MSG) and troubleshooting if error occurred.
Knowledge about GML and 1394 system, configurations of DH RIOs and RIO Settings, Axis link settings and communications to Control Logix.
Knowledge in Communication between Control Logix PLC, PLC 5 and 1394 system mapping and data flow by Device net, Control Net, Ethernet and ability to trace the bit level configurations.
Knowledge about 1394 servo system, axis configurations ,1326 servo motors and its axis configuration with GML and mapping between different PLCs.
Knowledge in GML program understanding and tracing for the fault in the motion program.
Knowledge in factory talk view about the parameterization and recipe handling, communication at bit level between PLC 5, Control Logix and with GML. FGC Plus Startups Participating in the shakedown and Startup team for at least three lines experiencing the shake down time issues and startup issues.
Experiencing in the upgrades like Kinetix conversion from 1394 system, Crimp splice conversion etc.
Experiencing in Old FGC lines to updated standardization like safety upgrades.
New Initiatives Working along with the global experts at the new initiatives like New vision systems development's,
New PLS system developments, Etc.
Leading the CBCM Items implementations like ECR implementations, New developments EIs, developing
Modified electrical drawings and updates in the CBCM sites as standards.
Leading as PC&IS Support for the new line startups as E&I FOR for other plants startups, by developing CPS supports construction and leading IO, OQ and PQ validations. (Commissioning, Validation & Qualification)
Shadowing the lead project sites and do the detailed documentation on the Project execution .
Detailed scope development for the reapplication lines with proper documentation, BOM Creation, Hardwares comparisons and reviews, Software comparison and reviews ,Construction CPS development , Project Execution.
Rollout package development for the other lines/sites reapplication.
Supporting for the other sites in the new SKU qualifications experiencing in the related PC&IS issues.
