Role Context and Purpose :
- This position is primarily responsible for management of IT application development and implementation projects (Commercial domain), focus on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders & vendor teams. - As assigned, lead or assist in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects for existing and new systems with or without direct reports
Key Responsibilities :
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to :
- Lead planning and/or implementation of IT Applications development and implementation projects using Rapid prototype/Pilot/PoC approach. If required, he/ she should be able to contribute to the Requirement Analysis and Testing stages of the project with both internal and partner teams
- Evaluate and assess new technologies and tools to help improve the overall customer experience
- Facilitate the definition of Business Case document, Goals, Tasks, Resource requirements, Cost and overall project plan, resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas, leverage existing methods or develop new to monitor project or area progress; and provide overall governance
- Interact regularly with existing or potential stakeholders to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving the deliveries. Advocate on behalf of stakeholders and represent stakeholders- needs as appropriate to senior management and partners.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
- Success metrics of the role : As the Project Manager, you will be measured on :
- Ability to understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- Keep abreast with the technology trends mainly on the CRM domain and keen to experiment with latest technologies
- Effectively lead partner teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required
- Ensuring necessary documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation and other project related documentation are in place
- Manage project budgets, coordinate with the concerned department for purchase of software and hardware required in various projects
Scope and Impact :

- As the Assistant Project Manager you will work with teams across the organization
- You will closely liaison with sponsors, business stakeholders & vendor teams
What are we looking for?
- Education : BE / MBA (Systems / IT)
- Proven experience of 3-7 years in coordinating and managing IT projects
- Experience in developing and launching B2C consumer-facing applications and implementing new technologies such as Chatbots
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Information Technology
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
