Should have working experience with direct clients as well as Implementation partners.
Work closely with Team Lead & Delivery Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements.
Very good experience in working on multiple requirements across the technologies.
Good understanding of US Tax terms like H1B, C2C, and W2. Exp. working for direct client and VMS model. Exp. working with Citizens and green card holders.
Experience in Portal Sourcing using Monster, Dice and other Job Portals
Thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.
Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Good interpersonal and team coordination skill Proactive, self-driven and quick learner
Strong Team Player
Strong analytical sense and organization skills
Excellent time Management and Multitasking Skills
