Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to management. Executes special or continuous research, data analysis and correction tasks. Analyzes problems, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Gathers information and prepares reports. JOB COMPLEXITY
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. SUPERVISION
Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL
Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience. SCOPE
Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. INTERACTION
Frequently interacts with peers and customers to exchange or present factual information.
