Job Description
Job Description - Concierge Manager- To provide step by step instructions to patients who are emotionally vulnerable after a cancer diagnosis and also help patients and their families gain immediate control, power, and the enhanced ability to make clear decisions around their life.
- To assist access to supportive assistance and coordination throughout their medical care process and surgical procedures.
- To coordinate from an array of services ranging from assistance with locating providers globally, coordinating travel and personal concierge needs such as private driver, personal assistants and various other services.
- To assist in booking appointment with the providers, diagnostic centres, collection of reports, hospital admission and discharge procedures.
- To assist in stay for the patients/families during the treatment procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all patients as well as other medical centre related information.
- To provide personalized services/tailored service to meet the needs of patient. Participates and performs all other related duties as required.
- Any graduate with good experience in customer service, ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed,accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
- Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience. Trained in a similar hospitality/healthcare industry would be given preference.
