Job Description
- Own the RSA Archer GRC solution for Baker Hughes and responsible for providing support, guidance, implementation, and strategy of RSA Archer
- Accountable for the day to day maintenance, support and availability of RSA Archer Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, in partnership with vendor support from RSA
- Partner with CSRC team and other stakeholders to identify evaluate implement improve existing and new RSA Archer modules, capabilities, and processes with a cost - effective mindset utilizing Lean and Agile principles
- Lead the RSA Archer development and strategies that creatively use resources to anticipate and solve problems, resulting in advanced solutions for CSRC and the business using alternatives beyond the obvious
- Support functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure efficient adherence to RSA Archer change management procedures.
- Assist leadership in preparing long - range plans and assure that they are aligned with CSRCbusiness goals and objectives
- Continuously examine RSA Archer procedures for improvements that will increase the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) program
- Meet GRC objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple teams with proven ability to deliver in a global team environment with members working remotely in various time zones
- Provide direct or indirect team leadership of employees including the ability to select, evaluate, deliver feedback, develop and assign employees or contractors
- Ensure stability of deployed RSA Archer enhancements.
- Developestablish internal & leadership dashboards and operational metrics on performance, usage, etc.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and other documentation on RSA Archer procedures, installations, and configurations
- Ensure conformance of established Digital Technology (DT) architecture, standards, and practices
- Coordinate and communicate all Change Management and Risk Management activities
- Stay current with emerging Integrated Risk Management technologies and promote their use across CSRC and Baker Hughes
- Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts for product support and maintenance.

- Strong technical foundation in several of the following technology areas: Cyber Security tools, GRC tools (RSA Archer), Analytics, and Infrastructure
- Advanced RSA Archer skills using calculations, data - driven events, custom objects, advanced workflow, and data feed service configurations.
- Development of technical system design documentation
- Ability to provide subject matter expertise for the development and management of Archer applications, system management, version upgrades and change management.
- Experience developing in the Archer development environment: Application Builder, Efficient Form Design, RecordApplication Access, Calculated Fields, Data Driven Events, Notification Workflow, Advanced Workflow, Calculated Fields.
- Advanced RSA Archer skills using the application programming interface (API) in the solution design.
- Business Acumen:
- Understand key cross - functional concepts that impact the organization; is aware of business priorities and organizational dynamics
- Ability to balance the long - term ("big picture") and short - term implications of all decisions
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and delivering complete solutions that solve business problems or deliver our strategy

Basic Qualifications
Degree Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma GED from an accredited school or institution and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Administration and Workflow Implementation)
Minimum Years of Experience : 2
Education in: Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
