What Are Your Responsibilities
- Looking for a Subject Matter Expert, Campaign would be content moderation for all videos uploaded on the social media website / app.
- Exposure in Content Moderation / Review (Video/Audio)
- Needs to be well versed with the nuances of content moderation and able to lead the team as a process owner.
- Responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text based content and/ or investigating, escalating and/ or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.
- Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements.
- Respond to user inquires with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
- 6-10+ years of total experience, with large content review, management, social, PI during that is required
