Job Description - Business Development Manager
  • Shall be responsible for Business Development(B2B) and conversion of all corporate mid and small sized clients for all training and consulting products/services of Marg
  • Shall be assisting the senior BDMs with all open workshop efforts in terms of leadership development and Fintech workshops
  • Shall be liaising with digital marketing team for content verification, mailers lists, social media promotions etc.
  • In doing the above the person shall be required to make presentations at client meetings, draw out proposals and do everything incidental for conversion
  • Shall be focused on growing the pan India presence of Marg i.e. in metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai etc.
  • Shall be required to be well informed at all times on competition, industry trends, prospect of new product/service etc.
