It Support Technician Cloud Applications @ True Friend Management

Job Description

• Manage projects end-to-end by demonstrating strong project management skills and following project management standards
• Be the face of the organization and manage user expectations on deliverables by regularly communicating with Development team and allproject stake holders
• Work with Development team to develop, test, support and deploy custom web, and mobile applications in a .Net environment, keeping up with project processes and deadlines.
• Prepare clear requirements documents.
• Work in a multi-project environment and own the responsibility of end to end delivery
• Support existing application and provide best possible solution to Client errors/problems

Required Candidate profile

Have a clear understanding of Microsoft .Net Technology Stack and should be a hands-on person to support the development team effectively.

1. Extensive experience in C#. NET technology stack

2. In-depth knowledge of MSSQL Server

3. Experience in Front End skills (WPF, Webforms etc).

4. Deployment Exposure in MS Azure Platform,

5. API Integration & Payment Gateway.

6. Mobile Compatible and Responsive Web Application Development & Support.

7.Experience using crystal reports and RDLC reports

8. Domain Exposure: CRM and ERP Products

Excellent problem solving, communication and team-working skills

Challenges status quo and current architecture when appropriate

Ability to deliver independently with clear communications
