Job Description
Position summary
This role is responsible for leading a technical and QA team for designing, developing, managing and delivering NCH Claims System solution using InterSystem and .NET Technologies.
Essential functions
- Technology or Team lead/Architect/Technical PM experience (required)
- Experience in Onsite/Offshore coordination activities (required)
- Strong experience in Mumps/Cache (Intersystems) development using Cache Studio in version 2013 or later (required)
- Experience in .NET framework and software design/architecture. Experience in designing, developing front end applications with knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3 (required)
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) (required)
- Maintains Best practices and standards for Claims System management using NCH/Evolent SDLC.
- Good experience in developing and testing services developed using Cache Web architecture(required)
- Strong development experience and functional exposure to Healthcare (required).
- Good domain knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare claims processing (Professional and Institutional) systems (preferred)

- Strong experience working in InterSystem Technology stack.
- Strong CACHE Data Model and Mumps coding and design experience required.
- Experience in EDI, Eligibility, Provider, Claims (preferred)
- Strong Claims application development knowledge (preferred)
- Effective verbal and written communications skills and effective presentation skills(required)
- Healthcare experience (required)
- Experience in developing or maintaining Applications in SQL and Cache Web Services (preferred)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or associated discipline or the equivalent experience.
- Requires minimum seven (7) to ten+ (10) years experience in building claims application using InterSystem Technology stack (CACHE, MUMPS)
- Required minimum of 4 years of experience in full .NET software development, especially in the areas of: Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, CSS, SOAP, and REST
- Requires strong healthcare experience (e.g. claims, eligibility, provider, patient, pharmacy).
