Role Designation- Technology Lead
- Responsibilities:
- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development,Validation and Support activities
- Good understanding of the technology and domain
- Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal
- Ensure continual knowledge management
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
- Provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects
- Provide technology consultation
- Assist in defining scope and sizing of work
- Implement the solutions
- Create technology differentiation
- Leverage partner technologies
- Participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring best-fit and high quality technical solutions and, Creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and,norms of organisation
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge in Core Java and J2EE
- Working knowledge of one or more data bases
- Knowledge of Angular JS, HTML5, Spring, Python
- Good understanding of testing tools and test automation
- Generic Skills: Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple stake holders
- Location of posting is subject to business requirements.
Required Candidate profile
Should have knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning and functional designs., Should have worked on Service Oriented Architecture., Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the designed solutions., Good understanding of SDLC;, Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus., Location of posting is driven by business needs and the role fitment is subject to the experience level and technical feedback.
