Job Description
What are we looking for?
- Responsible for and plans, organizes and manages the procurement process for all projects.
- Directing end-to-end Sourcing and Procurement activities of the organization.
- Complete ownership of BOM for all products.
- Scheduling and leading procurement/purchase of local and global supplies as per planning schedules along with utilization of available space.
- Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services.
- Identifies and researches potential new suppliers for procurement.
- Identifies and researches potential new suppliers for manufacturing.
- Researches new products and services to meet company's goals.
- Assesses total costs of company purchases.
- Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
Required Candidate profile
As a successful candidate, you must have:
- Must have experience of 4 - 10 years in the field procurement of engineering components.
- Must have experience in Building and controlling BOM.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have experience in Global procurement.
- Should have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Should have experience in MIS Reporting and excel skills.
- Added advantage if you have an experience in automation industry.
